excellent stay close to the centre
fantastic location on-site parking clean hotel pre-stay communication
the location is fantastic, and i could easily walk to all attractions within 10 minutes. on-site parking really helped (no extra charges!). the hotel was clean. the pre-stay communication was great and provided helpful tips for exploring the area.
the room got uncomfortably warm, even though it was not very hot outside. i wish there was air conditioning.

not the best stay. needs some attention
hot room small fan
the room was so hot. the thermostat read over 32 degrees. we got one small fan. it only moved the hot air around. i really hoped for better sleep.

the location was convenient, roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the city center. the host supplied a helpful map, it made navigating to the theatre royal straightforward. the bed was very comfortable, i noticed the shower room was super clean. they provided soaps plus a shower cap.

The king room featured lovely character decoration. It was very clean with good facilities. the bed felt super comfy, and plenty of tea and coffee was available by the kettle.

clear check-in instructions were provided prior to arrival. i found the hosts very friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions. the on-site parking proved a bonus, and i appreciated being able to leave the car after checking out until 1 pm.

i did not have breakfast at the hotel, though several good cafes were within easy walking distance. i noticed multiple choices, this allowed me to explore local options. the area offered diverse culinary experiences.

the location is quiet, yet only a short walk into the city centre. being away from the central bustle ensured peaceful nights, and the proximity meant access to attractions was still easy. the free parking was an added advantage.

small room unpleasant smell
The room was located in the basement and it smelled unpleasant (I WOULDN'T book it AGAIN). It was REALLY small. One could not move in the bathroom. The description was misleading.
